Founding Editor — Carter D. Reese
Carter D. Reese grew up in Old Hickory, Tennessee, just outside Nashville. He graduated from Tennessee Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and now lives in Dallas, Georgia, with his wife, Carly, and their three daughters, Ruth, Hazel, and Faith.
Carter has always loved learning, nature, and creativity. Today, he enjoys writing poems and songs, spending time outdoors, attending Sunday service, and finding joy in simple moments with his family—a quiet morning, a cup of coffee, a candlelit evening, or a home-cooked meal.
A morning person who loves early nights and the beauty of fall, Carter hopes to one day earn his falconry license. Above all, he seeks to live with peace, rest, gratitude, and a sense of wonder, trusting that God's Kingdom can be experienced in the beauty of everyday life.

David McKelly is a Georgia-based photographer with a passion for capturing people, genuine moments, and the beauty found in everyday life. He approaches photography as a way of paying attention—preserving moments that might otherwise pass unnoticed and revealing the stories already present within them. Through his work, David hopes to reflect the dignity of others and offer glimpses of God’s beauty and presence in the world around us.
